Field Services Coverage in the United States  

In the United States, our efficient operations allow us to reach major cities for installations within a 7-day timeframe. For select metropolitan areas such as New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, and others, we offer even faster response times, often providing same-day service for urgent break-fix requirements.

Canadian Presence

Our footprint extends to Canada, where we maintain a strong presence with field representatives strategically located in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Ottawa, Halifax, Toronto, and Montreal. It's important to note that in Montreal, specific laws around payment devices and the need for French-speaking support may necessitate further discussion. Unfortunately, at OvationCXM, we do not currently have the capacity to provide consistent French-speaking customer service.

Flexible Service Agreements

We offer flexible service agreements to meet your unique needs. Clients can opt for a pay-as-you-go arrangement or choose a monthly minimum plan, which includes access to a dedicated project manager and reduced hourly rates for our field technicians. Rest assured, all our project managers are full-time employees, and our field technicians are W9-certified, subject to rigorous background checks and ongoing performance evaluations by both our partners and customers.

Streamlined Communication and Scheduling

Our state-of-the-art mobile application, similar to the Uber Drivers App, enables seamless communication between our field technicians and the OvationCXM team. Jobs in their area can be broadcasted through the app, allowing technicians to accept or engage with a project manager as needed. In remote or challenging areas, our dedicated scheduling team liaises with technicians to negotiate travel logistics and fees. Additionally, to ensure quality assurance, our project managers conduct video check-ins and check-outs for every job.
